Popular traditional food with a modern twist

The restaurant is quite busy at dinnertime so do expect a wait. However, it is quite quick as tables are plentiful. The interior decor is cozy and modern. Of course the star of the show are pierogis and there are different versions with different fillings as well. I thought that 10 wouldn't be enough but I almost had trouble finishing them in the end. As they are freshly prepared, they do take a bit of time to prepare. The perogies are tasty and match very well with the fried onions and bacons provided.
