It's Time to Revisit Time

The Royal Observatory in Greenwich houses the history of Time and Space. Since the late 19th century, the Royal Observatory has been the source of the Prime Meridian of the world, Longitude 0° 0' 0'', the mark that divides the eastern and western hemispheres. In October 1884, Greenwich was chosen as the Prime Meridian of the World and started designating Longitude 0 as GMT. You can know more about the history of Time from the artifacts and virtual tours offered at the Observatory. You can indulge your curiosity and gaze through one of the biggest telescopes in the world as you stand in awe under the stunning fibreglass dome of the Royal Observatory. The Observatory sits atop of the hill allowing you to have a panoramic view of London with the lush greens rolling down the hill and the leaves from some trees lined up start to foliage. #fallingforfall #MeetLondon
