We absolutely love this Lanzhou noodle shop! If you enjoy freshly made hand pulled noodles with the chef honing his skill right in front of you, this is the place to go if you’re ever in Hamilton. We ordered dumplings, a variety of noodles and xiaolongbao. The noodles had amazing bite and texture, while the broth was delicious. We also enjoyed the dumplings in spicy sauce. They were not overly spicy and was perfect for our taste buds. The mince meat in the xiaolongbao was fragrant while the skin was slightly on the thicker side. But nevertheless, everything was cooked to perfection. Portion wise, the noodles were generous and compliments well with the pricing. Seating is limited but the food is worth it!
