So from now on, there's no need to fly to Saigon to eat God Mother's famous Earl Gray Chiffon cake, welcome to the beloved capital. Located right on Au Trieu street - an unbeatable location with a view straight to the Cathedral, it is not surprising that God Mother welcomed a large number of visitors after only being open for a few days. The restaurant space has two floors, the interior is luxurious and modern, and is relatively airy, creating a comfortable feeling for customers. The day I went was also the first day the restaurant opened and was still quite deserted, so my experience with the space was relatively good. The staff also apologized in advance for their shortcomings on the first day of opening. If the food was slow to come out, I hope you understand. ☕️ I think the price of drinks and food at God Mother is high, for example, if we go with 3 people and order 2 brunches, 2 drinks and 1 cake, it will cost more than 800k for a breakfast =))) Personally, For me, the food quality is okay but I don't feel it's worth the price. After sitting many times both in SG and Hanoi, there are two dishes that I order over and over again: eggs benny and avocado toast. Pandan milktea is a signature dish and I find it too sweet. My top fav is still the chiffon cake with 102 at God Mother.
