Klong Muang Beach - Krabi

I stayed at the hotel near this beach (Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort) and it provides everything you need for a chilled out beach holiday. As for the beach I can say it wasn’t the best experience, the beach is great for walking, but not for swimming. There are so many rocks in the water and you will need to wear water shoes to avoid hurting your feet. There’re not so many people coming to this area so it’s very quiet and empty everywhere around this beach. As I said it’s great for relaxing beach holiday with no crowds and noise. There’re some nice restaurants on the beach offering fresh sea food. But if you are looking for night life or you are in need of a shopping, Klong Muang may not be the best choice. Ao Nang, which has a big nightlife party scene, nice shops and plenty of restaurants is about 20 minute drive away from Klong Muang. #beachlife
