Facing the South China Sea, My Khe Beach enjoys a geographical advantage and has become the beach with the most tourists from China and Vietnam. However, compared to the well-known My Khe Beach, I prefer An Bang Beach outside Hoi An. An Bang Beach is actually a stretch of the same coastline from My Khe Beach. The difference is that the water here is clearer, the sky is bluer, and the original landscape is more intact. An Bang is located between Da Nang and Hoi An. Many tourists will pass by here by car, because the intersection of An Bang town is an important intersection from Da Nang to Hoi An. But how many people will enter this town to explore it? I think very few? There are few tourists from the East here, but many Western tourists know about this place. The cost here is lower than in Hoi An and Da Nang, but there are more beautiful beaches and coastlines. You can choose a cafe or restaurant you like here. The average cost per person is about 150 Taiwan dollars. You can use the entire beautiful coastline by ordering a drink and a snack. Even if you want to choose a main meal, the price is 200-300. Or maybe this is not a good thing for some people! Vietnam's tobacco control law is very backward, but because of this I can sit facing the sea and light up a Saigon cigarette for less than 2 yuan, paired with a 15 yuan bottle of the famous Chinese and Vietnamese Tiger beer, or choose a cup of sweet Vietnamese coffee or a variety of carefully crafted cold drinks to enjoy the leisure here. An Bang at night is completely different. The two-way single-lane road is lined with many bars and massage parlors that use thatched roofs and old bungalows. There are not many tourists on the street, only a few scattered around. Coupled with the dilapidated roads and the surrounding environment, it feels like the streets near the US military base in South Vietnam in the 1960s. At night, many US soldiers were having fun around the base. The whole feeling is like returning to the scenes of the Vietnam War movies you have seen. The beauty of An Bang Beach lies in its simplicity, naturalness and simplicity, without any commercial atmosphere.
