Phoenix Restaurant (Sheung Wan) G/F, Billion Building, 3 Connolly Road West, Sheung Wan Exit C of Sheung Wan MTR Station, about 3 minutes walk Feng Cheng Restaurant in Sheung Wan, which closed last February due to the epidemic, recently reopened. Today we went across the sea to try their nostalgic dim sum. The new shop has been newly renovated, without the feeling of a traditional restaurant, becoming bright and contemporary. There is a row of bar tables at the entrance, and there are also counters. Fortunately, its dim sum still retains the traditions that it used to have, such as honey fire square with butterfly bun, ancient soup dumplings, fried powder fruit, etc., which are rarely available in restaurants outside. However, the soup dumplings were a bit lacking, there wasn't much soup inside, and the dumpling skin was a little hard. While retaining the original specialty dim sum, of course, innovation is also needed! There are three kinds in total, namely lava quicksand buns, green milk prince (green tea cheese), and pork label char siu bao. The 腸粉 Menu are very interesting, the beef cha siu is called Angus King, the spring roll cha siu is called spring wind cute, the mixed sauce cha siu is called 3D cart cha siu, very funny.
