I made an Early Dinner appointment with a friend today and wanted to take our time so we looked for a comfortable place to eat. Unexpectedly, we came across a cafe with high-quality drinks and food and we were both very satisfied with the meal. This cafe is Espresso Alchemy located in PopCorn in Tseung Kwan O. The environment inside is chill and comfortable to sit in, and there are many green plants that are very pleasing to the eyes. My friend chose the fresh milk chocolate for $39, which comes with beautiful latte art! The beautiful orange coffee cup satisfies the vision before drinking. As I am afraid of heat, I chose the icy honey lime soda for $47! Fresh lime, sweet honey and refreshing soda make this cold drink a great way to cool off and quench your thirst. Start with a healthy green sauce chicken breast salad with lemon vinegar sauce for $92! My eyes bulged when the waiter brought it to the table! I didn't expect the chicken breast to be so big. The fresh salad and the refreshing and delicious lemon vinegar dressing are super attractive. But the most attractive one is still the slow-cooked chicken breast! I use my favorite pesto to cook the chicken breast. The slow cooking method makes the chicken breast very elastic and tender. Apart from cooking it yourself, there are really not many places that can achieve this level of quality at an affordable price. Qingqing place guest mixed mushroom black truffle sauce cheese Italian sandwich $76! We finally chose the banana cake for $33! The appearance is slightly different from the banana cakes I know. The warm cake has a very rich banana flavor and a dense texture, which is very delicious. The environment, food and service of Espresso Alchemy are quite satisfactory to me! Especially the slow-cooked chicken breast is definitely the biggest incentive for me to come back, and I believe I will go there again soon.
