During the pandemic, we can only eat takeaway for dinner. I wanted to eat Korean food, so I found this Hoo Korean charter bus located in Tsim Sha Tsui. The restaurant is themed after a Korean night stall and is decorated very characteristically, just like being at a Korean street stall. The menu is full of specialty foods and drinks that are often found at Korean night stalls. Ordered a takeaway limited self-selected mini Korean charter set ($398). The Set allows you to choose a pot, a Special (main course) and a Slide (snack), and includes two cans of Korean canned drinks. Kimchi Pork Pot The kimchi pot is spicy and appetizing. It's perfect for those who like spicy food. In addition to kimchi, there's also pork belly. It's not so greasy when you eat it with crispy kimchi. The signature fried octopus The sauce for stir-fried octopus is very tasty. The octopus is crispy and bouncy. It is fried with cabbage, carrot and other vegetables. It tastes good and is very rich. There are octopus eaters. Fried cheese stick The cheese strips are fried to a crispy texture, so you won't get soft even when you get home. The crispy crust is wrapped in full cheese and has a threaded effect, and is even more delicious with mayonnaise.
