Precious Biography

The University of Hong Kong Art Museum and L'ECOLE School of Jewelry Arts are currently presenting "Treasures of the Pen: Two Hundred Years of French Jewelry Craftsmanship (1770-1970)." The exhibition focuses on jewelry and graphic design, showcasing rare jewelry drawings and their creative processes, primarily from the 19th century. The exhibition hall, bathed in sapphire blue, features approximately 100 carefully selected drawings and dozens of jewelry pieces neatly arranged. This is a great opportunity to learn about the history of precious jewelry drawings from renowned French jewelry houses and to glimpse how jewelry is transformed from concept to reality.
