I haven't traveled since the pandemic🥺 I used to go to Taiwan once a year...it makes me miss Taiwan's food🥹 There are many Taiwanese restaurants in Hong Kong, but they don't taste like you can eat in Taiwan. This time I came to this new shop, some ingredients are personally selected by the owner from Taiwan original, but also 90s Taiwanese girls 👩🏼‍🍳 confidence guaranteed! This time I ordered food that comes to mind when I think of Taiwan😆 One of them is the Tasty Salt Crispy Chicken with Stuffed Pork Rice! A must-try choice ~ because the fried chicken is very thin, and the stewed pork rice has a strong Taiwanese feel! There are many restaurants in Hong Kong are a lot of fat pork and a lot of oil, this one after eating no guilt and quite good 🤣 Also his half-gluten half-meat noodles ~ I must choose the spicy flavor 😎 His soup is quite seasoned and meet my spicy requirements! It's rare to see some beef gluten and beef brisket stewed so soft For drinks, I certainly recommend my favorite bubble milk tea🧋 It has just the right amount of sweetness, and it doesn't taste like creamer!
