Beautiful view, great food, and perfect environment｜Popinjays@The Murray

For the staycation dinner, I booked Popinjays at the Murray Hotel in Hong Kong. Popinjays is on the top floor of the hotel with a terrace. We chose a location for the outdoor terrace The outdoor terrace offers a view of the commercial buildings in Central It feels a bit like a rooftop bar in Thailand We ordered a plate of oysters. The oysters were spicy and fresh with the salty taste of seawater. There are also two baked oysters, which are equally fresh and not overcooked. There is appetizer bread, which is a soft kind The main course was the most surprising For main course we ordered beef and lamb, both were equally excellent The beef is cooked to perfection and has a nice beef flavor.
