Be a Hong Kong girl for half a day. Afternoon Tea with Beautiful View of Admiralty Lake

Last time I came to Red Cotton Road to attend a friend's wedding, I noticed this restaurant, and then I was constantly burned by the photos of others taking pictures 🔥🔥 Recently I finally went to be a half-day Hong Kong girl for afternoon tea, starting my long holiday 🎊 This time I ordered a High tea set, there are savory and sweet dishes, and I look forward to and like their scone the most! 😋😋😋 I thought it was not quality for taking pictures? Hong Kong girls can actually be both inside and outside 🤭🤭 The top layer is vegetable spring rolls🥕 and risotto balls. The fried food is not greasy. I personally think the spring rolls are excellent, the whole crust is very crispy~ The middle layer has some crab meat cakes, Palma ham🍖 and smoked salmon buns, all very exquisite😍. The crab cake is topped with my favorite salmon roe, not too salty, with the crab cake is very fragrant crab meat flavor, a bit like the texture of minced meat🦀🦀. The smoked salmon is rich in oil, plus a small piece of dill, a very classic combination of flavors. The shrimp cocktail of shrimp is very cool🦐, the sauce below should have avocado, very rich ~ Then came the dessert part I was most looking forward to 🍰!
