Mt Fanjing

#celebratewithtrip This popular tourist destination is quite hard to find but worth a visit if you are in the area. The main attraction is two building connected by a bridge on the Mountain top, but the scenery is beautiful. The Park follows the same formula as most attractions in China - bus, cable car, mountain loop. If you were a confident Chinese speaker you might be able to navigate a different route but I was forced to stick to the main path. My research suggested there were some pathways to walk up to the mountain but I found them impossible to find during my trip. Signs say it is possible to find monkeys and beautiful birds. The surrounding towns are pretty sleepy and when I did my trip it was outside the main tourist time so lots of the tourist amenities like buses from the town to the site weren’t open. #celebratewithtrip #fanjingshan
