Off-the-beaten-path travel destination--Jinggu in Yunnan

Jinggu County in Pu'er is a place many people have not visited, or even heard of. It is one of the few counties in Yunnan Province that is not accessible by highway. (The story in between could make up an entire episode, which reminds me of the love-hate relationship between the people of Luquan and the highway) Preface: Jinggu is not a tourist county, the tourism industry is not well-developed, and the attractions are quite scattered and inconvenient for travel, suitable only for self-driving. Car rental is also not convenient in Jinggu itself; I rented a car in Pu'er and drove there. Special reminder!! Since there is no highway, the road conditions are average, with many curves. Although it is a paved road throughout, some places are very narrow, so drive carefully. Attractions: 1. Mengwo Total Buddha Temple. The tree wraps around the pagoda, and the pagoda wraps around the tree, with a beautiful big banyan tree, especially lovely in the early morning and evening. (The people of Jinggu have many century-old Buddhist temples and relics, please show respect, visit as required, and do not be noisy. Searching for ancient Buddhist temples in Jinggu and tracing history can also be very interesting.) Image 1-2 2. Weiyuan River National Cultural Ecological Park. This is a personally recommended attraction, where you can enjoy the breeze by the river at night, look at Buddhist relics, sculptures. The whole night comes alive. Image 3 3. Mangyu Grand Canyon. This is a canyon where locals go to play in the water during summer, with low development and not very distinctive features, so it can be skipped. Image 4 4. Jinggu White Horse Mountain. This is a highlight, very beautiful and recommended, with a children's playground, very family-friendly. Mountain swimming pool, sunrise, hiking cloud sea trail, and library are all highly recommended. Sunset is not visible, already tried. There are no dining places around the hotel, so plan ahead. Image 5-11 5. Jinggu Mangka Hot Spring. A hot spring in the forest, with large rooms, real hot springs. Offers participation in Dai script copying, Dai dance lessons, and river lantern releasing.
