Jiufen Secret Place: Glass House Cafe Surrounded by Mountains and Forests

This time I came to Jiufen specifically to visit the "Twilight Café" which opened in September last year. I really like their concept of "mountains as the foundation and sea as the boundary". The entire single-story glass house cafe is surrounded by greenery 🌿, as if it has merged with the mountains and forests, quietly blending into nature ~ It's really beautiful. This time the store happened to have imported Belgian beer, so I immediately decided to pair it with a #Florencebraisedbeeftripewithcrispybread! Each snack is paired with a naturally fermented sour beer. A bite of crispy bread and a mouthful of rich tomato-braised tripe instantly reminded me of the tripe buns I had in Florence. They were full of exotic flavor and so delicious that you can’t help but bite after bite! Paired with beer that is slightly sour and has a hint of strawberry, the whole taste is more layered! The other dish is #明太子薄皮香蕉, which is baked crispy and paired with salty and rich mentaiko and soft milky flavor. It is really recommended. What surprised me the most this time was definitely the #ExtractIcedBlackCoffee, which had a light strawberry aroma and a smooth and delicate flavor. It is very suitable as a perfect ending after a heavy-tasting meal. Everyone must remember to order a cup when you come! In addition to meals, the store also displays many exquisite handmade plants, and the items are changed every week, making every visit full of different surprises. Although the location is relatively hidden, I was amazed by the overall dining atmosphere and the quality of the food.
