They clearly take pride in their work， making our stay feel exceptionally special. And the brunch? I'm still reminiscing about it weeks later. Everything was incredibly fresh， tasty， and wonderfully presented. From tropical fruits and baked treats to Thai favorites and personalized dishes， there was something for everyone. It's undoubtedly one of the best brunches I've ever enjoyed. We also visited the spa， which was a dreamy luxury experience. The ambiance was serene， and the treatments were top-notch – exactly what you want on vacation. If you're heading to Koh Samui， Garrya Tongsai Bay is highly recommended. It's beyond worth the cost， and you'll leave feeling relaxed， pampered， and already planning a return visit.

Zazen Boutique Resort & Spa

We recently stayed at Zazen Boutique Resort & Spa on Koh Samui， and the location indeed offers something unique. The resort is nestled in a tranquil area with lush gardens and charming small garden houses， which create a very intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The view from both the pool and the restaurant is breathtaking—especially at sunset. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and soak in the island vibes. However， despite the lovely setting， we felt a bit let down by the service quality. For a resort of this caliber and price， we expected more attentive and professional service. Many staff members had only a basic understanding of English， which unfortunately led to misunderstandings and incorrect orders， especially concerning food and drinks. It's also worth noting that the resort seems to attract quite a few Instagram influencers and selfie aficionados. While not entirely a negative aspect， it did occasionally disrupt the serene and relaxing vibe we were seeking， as there always seemed to be people setting up photos around the property. Overall， Zazen is a visually stunning location with great potential—but to truly shine as a top-tier boutique experience， there needs to be a stronger emphasis on service quality and guest experience.

Banyan Tree Samui

Enjoyed an incredible stay here in June 2025 for three nights in a sanctuary pool villa. These villas feature a private pool and jacuzzi stretching the villa's length， along with two separate outdoor spaces. The villa includes an entry sitting room， bedroom， distinct wardrobe， bath， bathroom， and rain shower， all surrounded by lush gardens for privacy. The Banyan Tree brand consistently delivers on expectations as a premium accommodation choice. Beauty served as an excellent villa host. Am was a very accommodating and attentive server at breakfast each morning， and Jack was an outstanding host at the beach restaurant. Several personalized special touches added to our experience. This beautiful property is on private grounds but still close to the main town for those wanting to explore outside the resort. Highly recommended.

Banyan Tree Samui

Our time at Banyan Tree was among the finest experiences during our trip to Thailand. The service provided is exceptional， with staff anticipating your needs before you even express them. Chef Khun Chitchom from Saffron is incredibly talented and genuinely cares for her guests (we've tried Saffron at another Banyan in Thailand， but it didn't compare). The Villas are stunning， offering ample space and privacy. We adored the resort， though we're not fans of Koh Samui， which kept us from exploring outside. If this resort were located in Krabi (where we stayed at another less impressive Banyan)， it would become our regular spot in Thailand.
