Rise Festival @ Jean DryLakebed Mojave Desert

Rise Festival is held every year. This year it was held in Mojave desert approximately 25 miles away from Las Vegas. Its by far one the most beautiful experience. If you have watched Rapunzel and seen the thousands of lanterns lit up floating in the sky like stars above, pictures does not do justice. You would have to experience it in person in order to appreciate this event. For 2022 they were already scheduled and hundreds if not thousand of people participates coming from various places. Ive met a Russian couple who have travelled all the way just to experience this event and it was in their bucketlist. The event is well organised, proper social distancing was followed and although these is a huge crowd, the event was celebrated peacefully and attendees were considerate and lovely people. Food trucks were set up as you cannot bring food in the event venue, no tripods blankets pillows or portable chairs are allowed for safety reasons. Torch and mats are provided with 2 lanterns each person and a marker in case you want to write your thoughts and wished on your biodegradable paper lanterns. and of course the organisers definitely dint missed out on being prepared as they also have first aid stall with medics standing by. My tips for those who are attending; bottled water are allowed to bring (please dont leave the plastic bottle to the event) leave the place clean and be considerate to the volunteers that cleans the area after the event. phone cameras is enough they do not allow any cameras that are as big as DSLR and tripods.
