How to get there: Foreigners can't book their bus tickets in apps, it's advised to go to Lijiang Bus Ticket Office and book your ticket a day before which cost 75 yuan.There is only one bus at 9:30am everyday. It takes about 2hrs to get at Tiger leaping gorge ticket purchase office where the driver will drop you off and you can buy your tickets for 45 yuan. Get back in the bus and a few minutes some guy will check your tickets. If you are planning to get to Tina's the next day(this is a guest house where you can buy tickets back to Lijiang or to Shangri-La) you can tell the driver to drop your bags there. Drop off at Qiaotou where you can get a car up the hill to NaxiWaGe where the upper trekking route begins, from here on just follow the signs. It took me about 6hrs to get to halfway on the first day.
