I found a highly-rated cafe online, which is conveniently located right across the street from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station! The cafe was converted from an abandoned power plant, featuring a unique industrial-style decor. After looking at the menu, I ordered the popular Hotcake. It's a thick pancake topped with nuts, maple syrup, and soft cream. The combination offers a rich texture, but it might be too heavy for one person to finish.
