You can never finish exploring Sanfang Qixiang!

Sanfang Qixiang is very, very large, a vast historical and cultural district with numerous celebrity residences, memorials, intangible cultural heritage exhibition parks, guesthouse museums, and heritage architecture, etc.💯 The architecture here blends styles from the Ming, Qing, and Republican periods, which is why Sanfang Qixiang is also known as the Museum of Ming and Qing Architectures. Within Sanfang Qixiang, there is a main street divided into east and west parts, with the west being the 'fang' and the east being the 'xiang'. The three 'fang' are: Yijin Fang, Wenru Fang, and Guanglu Fang; the seven 'xiang' are: Jibi Xiang, Gong Xiang, Anmin Xiang, Huang Xiang, Ta Xiang, Langguan Xiang, and Yangqiao Xiang. Walking horizontally, you experience the historical and cultural essence; walking vertically, you encounter commercial shops. We visited the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Park, where they were displaying nut carving, which was very impressive. Besides the historical depth, the commercialization here is also well-developed. Along the way, you can see various milk teas and snacks. Personally, I am quite fond of 'Bapo Bapo' milk tea, which was originally from Xiamen, and I was surprised to find it in Fuzhou now. Another is Tongli Rouyan and fish balls, which taste good, although a bit pricey, but it's worth trying to see how they make the Rouyan.
