🍝《Osaka/Umeda》 \ NEW OPENING Tuesday, September 2, 2025!!✨/ Just a stone's throw from Ohatsutenjin~☺️ We visited the second location of "Back Alley Italian Mimosa," newly opened on the second floor of a beautiful building.🙌✨ The concept of this second location is "A Hideaway for Adults."✨ The restaurant has both counter and table seating, and with just the right amount of space and lively atmosphere, it seems perfect for a girls' night or a date!😍✨ Today, we had the following items, recommended by the staff: ---------- ✔︎ Octopus Carpaccio ✔︎ Swordfish Namero Tataki with Boar's Roe Peperoncino ✔︎ Domestic Aitchbone Steak ✔︎ Homemade Basque Cheesecake ✔︎ Melting Chocolate Fondant ---------- ✔︎ The water octopus carpaccio, featuring fruit and a gorgeous appearance! ✨ The octopus was large, and the refreshing citrus dressing was a perfect match. It was delicious! 😍 ✔︎ Swordfish Namero Tataki with Barracuda Roe Peperoncino The namero and peperoncino are a unique combination! It was so delicious! 😳✨✨ The saltiness of the namero and the spiciness of the peperoncino went even better than I expected. I want to try it at home! 🤭🍝 ✔︎ Domestic Aitchbone Steak The semi-rare meat was so tender! ✨✨ It came with deep-fried vegetables, and it was great with wasabi salt. 💯 The lean aitchbone was also amazing! 🤭🍖 ✔︎ Basque cheese and fondant au chocolat I wanted both, so I shared them with a friend. 🤤🍰 The fondant au chocolat had a rich, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate filling. ✨ The Basque cheese was also rich, and even more delicious with salt. 😍 A truly satisfying final dish. 🥰 The chef's skill, trained for decades, is undeniable. 🤭 Next, I'm really curious about the salmon roe and sea urchin cream pasta. ✨✨ All pastas are priced at just 1800 yen, so the overall price is reasonable.
