Supply and Demand

Supply and Demand is a beacon of cool in rather bourgeois Westboro, with tiled floors and elaborate light fixtures, but the restaurant's food (with a splash of raw bar) shines brightest. The menu features fresh-made pasta and particularly well-treated beef, and chef Steve Wall's kitchen has a keen eye for what's flavorful rather than what's trendy (anyone ready to revive the '90s dessert sensation baked Alaska – which only appears in the winter – can't be too trend-conscious). There is a takeout option.
