We headed straight for Badu Palang Beach, where the crisp white sand shone in the sun and fine grains of sand slipped between our toes. The water took on a mesmerizing blue, crystal clear as the waves came gently and lapped against the shore with a pleasant sound. I lay on the beach chair for a long time, feeling the caress of the sea breeze and enjoying this relaxation. In the evening, taste local delicacies at a beachside restaurant, where tender grilled fish with special sauces and a glass of ice-cold juice are simply a feast for your taste buds. Day 2: Explore the jungle and appreciate the life The next day, head deep into the jungle and kick off a nature exploration tour. We came to Burkilawan, a paradise for orangutans. Follow winding paths surrounded by lush tropical rainforests with a variety of rare plants and birds to dazzle. Under the guidance of professional guides, we finally saw the cute orangutan. They move flexibly through the trees, and some even look at us with curiosity, their naive demeanor makes people unable to help but feel fond of them. After leaving the orangutan sanctuary, we headed to the nearby river and took a small boat down the river to enjoy the natural scenery of both banks. The river is clear and you can see the rocks at the bottom and the small fish swimming. On the way, proboscis monkeys were seen jumping in the trees, a unique species that added quite a bit of surprise to the trip. Day 3: Stroll through the city and feel the vibe On the third day, we strolled through the city of Pekanbaru and experienced the unique vibe of the city. Visit the local traditional market, which is bustling with a variety of stalls featuring brightly colored handicrafts, fresh fruits and specialty snacks. We shuttled through the crowd, feeling the richness of life, picking out some souvenirs. In the afternoon, come to the city park and take a stroll along the tree-lined paths, admiring the local architecture.
