The hotel is located on Komo Beach in Emerald Bay, at the southernmost tip of Phu Quoc Island (only a 20-minute drive from the airport). It has white sandy beaches that are really super beautiful! This JW is a masterpiece of the world-renowned landscape architect Bill Bensley. It is said that the hotel was transformed from the site of a former French aristocratic school, so the entire hotel is like a 'fantasy school.' As soon as you enter, you will receive a timetable with a map and various activities. The lobby is truly stunning, with a black and white style paired with geometric patterned floors, and a huge hammock, mixing French and Saigon charm to perfection! Beauties must come here to take photos; it's so beautiful! I casually took 9 pictures The hotel's buildings are gemstone red, turquoise green, Tiffany blue, and golden sand yellow, the dopamine colors are really healing! They make one feel relaxed and happy! The most interesting thing is that each guest room villa is named after a different academy, such as the Department of Astronomy, the Institute of Insect Studies, the Institute of Reptile Studies, the Institute of Fish Studies, the Department of Mammalogy, and the Institute of Marine Studies. (I stayed in the ocean view room of the Institute of Marine Studies, pictures 8-11 are the hotel's interior, I really love this green) The hotel's activities are really super rich, with cycling, yoga, and other activities, and the beach also has free rowing and paddleboarding, available anytime without reservation. The water is very shallow, even someone like me who can't swim felt very safe. There is also a children's playroom, which is very suitable for families! The hotel has 5 restaurants and a chemistry bar, and booking a room even comes with two free drinks! In the evening, you can go there for a drink, and you must lie on their hammock, it's very fun! The hotel's restaurant is a bit pricey, casually eating will cost about 300 per person, the taste is okay, but not amazing! (Highly recommend the Mangobay restaurant, the sunset view is super beautiful, and the food is also very delicious, it takes 1 hour to drive from the hotel) I booked more than a month in advance for the National Day holiday, and it was quite a bargain at over 2200 a night, and now Phu Quoc Island is visa-free! I would consider coming back for a second visit!
