Price per Person - RM18 Rating - 5/5 As a parent, I always love to bring my kids out for a tea treat once in a while. When we were in Johor Bahru, I was glad to have found a kid friendly cafe with amazing service, located on the ground floor of Mid Valley Southkey Mall. This cafe is called Antipodean and they have affordable tea set, which includes a cake and a drink for only RM15. The cafe has a nice modern Aussie cafe feel and you will definitely feel welcome by the warm service of the cafe staffs. There's a great variety of cakes to choose from, such as butter free chocolate cake, raisin loaf, carrot cake, etc. For drinks, you can choose from caffeinated to non caffeinated drinks and I chose their iced mocha, which comes with with a cute bear coffee ice cream. I also had their chocolate cake which was very moist and I enjoyed it with my son. I love that the cake slice was nicely decorated with chocolate drizzled messages, such personalization. My son was also given a cup of complimentary baby-ccino. The cafe really went great lengths in making sure, both mother and son had a great tea break. Do note that Antipodean Cafe also do serve brunch and mains if high tea is not your thing. You will love the excellent service there and trust me, it's a very kid friendly cafe which families will love.
