The front desk staff were very professional and checked me in with a smile. 🛏️The comfort of the room was beyond my imagination. The spacious room, soft bedding, and exquisite bathroom facilities made me feel comfortable and at ease. It is particularly worth mentioning that the room has a great view, and I could see the beautiful scenery outside the window every morning when I woke up. I have to mention the hotel's nighttime service. Every night, there is professional butler service. They will prepare everything you need, making you feel at home even when traveling. Overall, the Novotel Poznan Malta left a deep impression on me.
