Ting Ting Bingsu is a fast growing chain of dessert shop in Thailand, especially in Bangkok. These cool and sweet desserts come in a variety of choices you can choose from. They mainly consist of ice flakes and ginger syrup. However, you choose many types of flakes such as milk, milk tea, or soy milk. There are also many toppings to put on such as soy custard, Chinese seeds, and Thai glutenius rice balls. Apart from the cold desserts, hot Chinese style desserts are also available here. You can find this shop in many department stores or near educational districts in Bangkok . This particular shop I visited was near Mahidol University in Salaya area.
