A Chaotic Senior Trip: Austria, Hallstatt Part 2

Hallstatt, the most beautiful lakeside town in the world! From Hallstatt Station, we took a ferry to the main area on the opposite shore. Make sure to have cash ready to purchase a round-trip ticket. Even at this point, everywhere you look is breathtakingly beautiful. After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we immediately headed to the mountain summit via cable car. Since mountain weather can change quickly, we wanted to enjoy the view from above while it was still bright. Wow, it's just too beautiful! As you ascend the cable car, there’s a café on the right side where you can enjoy tea while admiring the scenery. Sipping Viennese coffee while gazing at the stunning view—what a blissful experience! During peak season, it can get quite crowded, and you’ll need to secure your own seat, which can be tricky timing-wise. But hey, you’re abroad, so give it your best shot! Restaurant Restaurant Rudolfsturm Seestraße 120, 4830 Hallstatt, Austria In early November, many shops are closed due to the off-season, making it challenging to find a restaurant for dinner. Worst case scenario, there’s an unmanned supermarket, so you’ll be fine. ^^
