#preahthongneangneakstatue The largest copper statue in Cambodia (21 metres tall and weighs in total 60 tonnes) which was officially inaugurated in April,2022. Architect : H.E Ly Reaksmey, a state secretory of Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction. This statues became the province’s tourist attractions and a famous place for taking pictures for local people and national and international visitors. In Khmer history, according to the legend, Preah Thong and Neang Neak were the parents, grandparents, and the first creators of the Khmer nation. Refer to the legend, one day Preah Thong led his troops to a pavilion along the beach. Because he was exhausted, he was unable to return to the palace, then decided to rest there. During that quiet night, Princess Thearavattey, the daughter of King Phuchong Neak, brought all the party members out to the pavilion to play on the mainland. When Preah Thong saw her, he immediately fell in love with her. After questioning each other, Preah Thong and Neang began to have a sincere love for each other. They got married in 267 BC when he was 46 years old and was also crowned king of the mainland at the same time. #reambeach #sihanuokvile

This resort consists of around 20 rooms. Moreover, each rooms have balcony which you can enjoy garden views or pool views. Nice swimming pool which divided in two two parts ( very safe for little kids). The price is acceptable with good services. The best attractions of this resort are: - Child-friendly : they don’t charge extra fee for child under 12 years old. - Pet-friendly: the owner must be a pet lover. You will see cats and a parrot there. - Free breakfast : you can order both Khmer and Western dishes. - You can also bring food from outside to eat at the balcony if you want.

The luxuriously designed rooms contain minibar, while some others sea view, pool view, garden view. Whereas suite room is attached with sofa and a big shower. This resort have an L shape swimming pool and also offer restaurant service. Breakfast is free for clients staying there. Parking space is also free. There are two parking zones, one is along Otres road and other one along Marina road. They serve good hotel service.

There are many type of room staying such as: garden view, pool view and private pool room. Price range from 80$ to 125$ per night ( it’s may up and down due to holiday or weekend). Restaurant serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free breakfast for client who stay there, and sometimes even cocktails are free. I really love the unique Khmer design at this resort. The rooms are clean and nice modern design. Especially the bathrooms are nice and equipped with free toiletries. In the morning, you can enjoy drinking coffee or tea at the terrace overlooking the pool. Coffee and tea are free, whereas coffee machine makers are available at every rooms.
