Address - Grand Park City Hall Hotel, 10 Coleman Street, Singapore 179809 During our stay here at Grand Park City Hall Hotel, the original club lounge on level 9 was unfortunately closed, only due to open a few weeks right after our stay. As a result, there was a makeshift lounge on level 3 where we were served afternoon tea and evening canapés. It was also a pity that there was no refilling of the food options for both seatings. The food wasn’t particularly impressive but the ambience was nice. The staff shared that they’ll be going back to buffet style once the level 9 club lounge reopens.
