Fort Canning Park

#sginsider Fort Canning Park is on a hill in the southeastern part of Singapore, right next to the central business district. It was also known as a forbidden zone among the Malays in ancient times. In 1861, it took its current name when a castle was built on the hill. You can see lush trees and flowers in this park. This park also contains many gardens. Special events, festivals or concerts are also frequently held in this park. It was one of the places I enjoyed the most while exploring Singapore.
