Yes you are right that the restroom at Sanrio Puroland but not all of them are decorated. You can find the nicer restrooms at 1st floor nearby the fairyland. This theme is about being in a musical forest whereby you can unleash your musical talents. There are piano keyboards on the floor too and you can step on it.
