Dim Sum Galore at Xin Cuisine for Many Decades

Had a pleasant dim sum galore at Xin Cuisine in Concorde Hotel KL earlier this week. This place has been serving dim sums and other authentic Cantonese delicacies for many decades. My personal favourite goes to the Seafood Dumpling Soup! The sheong-tong (superior soup) is so flavourful and rich. Other popular dishes here are the Trio Combination Platter, Prawn Dumpling, Steamed Chicken Claw, Fried Salad Prawn, Egg Tart and many more! I'm glad I visited on a weekday as I had the pleasant of enjoying beautiful Chinese music played by a resident artist on a gu-zheng 古筝 there.
