The location is the sea behind Seico Mart in Kutsugata. You can get off at the gas station next to Seico Mart to the sea side. It's such an ordinary sea that it's not even listed as a tourist spot, and you only see locals occasionally. Fishing boats and ferries don't pass by often, there are few rocks and no tetrapods. The sea is relatively calm, and seals don't visit.
