Wuyi Island

We went to Jiangxi for a free-and-easy trip this time, and it was super tiring. Let me share some thoughts. We arrived in Wuyuan, Jiangxi, at 2 pm that day. After lunch, we leisurely made our way to the Physics Week area, but it's really too hot during the daytime in summer there, and there aren't many scenic spots worth seeing. It's better to go after 6:00 pm. From 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, there are some street performances, but they are not very exciting and it's super hot, so it's not necessary. It's better to visit the essential scenic spots during the day and go there at night. Wuyi Island has iron flower performances at 7:20 and 9:00, but fireworks and dragon boat races are only available on Fridays and Saturdays. For the iron flower show, you need to stand by the shore early; otherwise, it's too crowded to get in, especially for short people. There are various fire performances in the square at night, which are quite good. At the entrance, we met some people who were pulling others to go to the Valley of Looking for Immortals. Their prices were relatively cheap. You could join their group because the hotel we stayed at offered us a price of 245 per person, while they only asked for 190 per person, and I guess you could still bargain.
