The 2025 Daming Palace Chang'an Lantern Festival, from now until March 16, invites you to a grand Tang Dynasty appointment. Daming Palace, a world cultural heritage that bears the glory of the Silk Road, is now lit up by 13 groups of beautiful lanterns. Next to Hanyuan Hall, "Jiutian Changhe" recreates the grandeur of the past; on Wangxian Road, "Lanterns Shine on a Thousand Palaces" invites you to travel through time and space with the beauty of mortise and tenon. Each lantern is a deep recollection of the Tang Palace's splendor. As night falls, the lights and music and dance intertwine, and the "Prosperous Daming Palace: Light and Shadow Shine on the Years" series of performances are wonderfully staged. More than 500 performances, from the grand song of "Auspicious Lanterns Shine on a Thousand Palaces" to the Silk Road style of "Hu Xuan Dance," take you to experience the diverse Tang Dynasty.
