Search for the botanical garden bus tickets on Ctrip, 25 yuan per person, boarding at Jinghong Bus Station. After arriving at the botanical garden, buy a return ticket directly at the drop-off point. There are always return buses available, departing when full, with the last bus at six in the afternoon. I recommend taking the bus from Banna North Bus Station🚗 (tickets can only be purchased on-site), which is very close to Gaozhuang, and the sticky rice at the entrance is delicious! It's only available in the morning! Tickets for the west area of the botanical garden plus electric car can be purchased online for 128 yuan per person. It's great to follow a tour guide for introductions in the park; many plants have stories and origins, and it's really interesting with a talkative guide. The east area is for tropical rainforest hiking, and it's advisable to join a group.
