Yining Low-Altitude Flight Camp Officially Opens

Recently, the aviation flight camp on the south bank of the Ili River welcomed its inaugural flight, marking the official operation of Yining City's first low-altitude flight camp. This project is jointly developed by Yining State Investment Group and Jiangfei Intelligent Control Low-Altitude Operation Company, with technical support provided by Hunan Shanhe General Aviation. The camp is located in the Ili River South Bank Cultural Park and is equipped with a 600-meter runway, hangars, and a control tower, outlining the blueprint of a modern aviation town. The highlight of the inaugural flight was the successful takeoff of three fixed-wing aircraft and three rotary-wing aircraft, flying to the aviation camp in Jiagastai Town, Chabuchar Xibe Autonomous County, 23 kilometers away. The two camps complement each other in function, with the South Bank main camp serving as a hub and the Jiagastai Town camp focusing on tourism and sightseeing, creating a synergistic effect. Visitors can experience the excitement and thrill of low-altitude flying while enjoying the magnificent scenery of the Ili Valley. In the future, the camp plans to introduce more airplanes and helicopters and open the "Yining—Zhaosu—Xinyuan" golden route, connecting attractions such as the Nalati Grassland and Shata Glacier, creating a unique low-altitude sightseeing experience.
