Harry's Hedgehog Cafe

#japantrip Have you been to Harry's Hedgehog Cafe Yokohama ? It's located in Chinatown, about 10 minutes from the Baystars Stadium. 🦔 On Sunday we visited this adorable animal cafe and caught a Baystars game afterwards. Thankfully, we didn't need to make a reservation and were able to walk right in, after paying, at around 12pm. 💴 You do not have to purchase a drink in order to visit this cafe, as you do at some others, but I highly recommend you purchase some food for the fennec fox, hedgehogs and the meerkats. The cost to visit for 45 minutes is 2,090 yen per adult and 1650 per child. We paid an additional 1,100 yen for a small amount of food for each type of animal. ** I think a self serve drink from a machine was included with our payment, but we were so busy enjoying the animals, we forgot to ask before leaving. They were patient with us and we tried to remember to sanitize between each station and follow all the rules for the safety of the animals and ourselves. Our kids really enjoyed the experience and were overjoyed to hold hedgehogs for the first time and interact with the ferrets, lizards, fennec foxes and curious meerkats.
