This was a fun trip to Laos that makes me want to go back again and again. - Beautiful nature, great weather, and lovely people. - Plenty of activities to do. - My favorite activity was kayaking because the water isn't too deep, and you can take stunning photos. Going around 4-5 PM is perfect as the sunlight is beautiful, and you can enjoy the natural scenery along the river. - Drinks are cheap. - Perfect for travelers who love adventure and outdoor activities. - A must-do is climbing Phanam Xai, a 350-meter trail. The view at the top is worth every effort—it's breathtaking. There's even a highlight spot for taking photos with a motorcycle. Additionally, there are many other nearby attractions that are equally beautiful. To fully explore them all, you should stay for about three days. Definitely going back again!

About 3 hours by bus from Vientiane, in Vang Vieng, a small town surrounded by mountains and rivers, you can enjoy tubing, a popular activity in Laos. 🌿What is tubing? This is a river activity unique to Laos, where you ride a large rubber float (tube) and slowly go down the river. Rather than a thrilling river boat ride, it's a "relaxing time on the water" where you can feel nature at your leisure. You can stop by a bar along the river or jump into the river, and you can participate in any way you like. There were many participants, and conversations naturally started with the other travelers around us, and it was a homely time where we could connect regardless of nationality or age. ✔︎Recommended points ・Beginners welcome! The current is gentle, so even if you're not good at swimming, you can feel safe. ・Perfectly Lao! The majestic nature and open atmosphere are soothing. ・Great for photos! The Blue Bridge and the Nang Fah Cave in Vang Vieng, Lao PDR are tourist attractions in Vang Vieng. The beautiful bridge and the cave are very beautiful with stalactites. Vang Vieng has a blue bridge, a red bridge, and an orange bridge (now gone). Behind the blue bridge, you will see a view of large limestone mountains lined up beautifully. And the water in the Song River is very clear. The natural atmosphere is very good. Namsong Bridge also has many activities for tourists who are interested in activities, such as ziplining. It is a point to launch kayaks down the Song River. If you want to cross the bridge, there is an entrance fee. On the side crossing the bridge to the mountain, there is a cave and a restaurant. To get to Namsong Bridge, it is located north of Vang Vieng and far from Vang Vieng. Drive a motorcycle for about 15 to 20 minutes. The road is stone, alternating with concrete roads. And there are not many houses. Most people are in the forest. In the evening, there will be cars taking tourists to launch kayaks through and out all the time. If you ride a motorcycle yourself, you should not go at night because it is quite scary. If you're looking for a place to visit near Vang Vieng that doesn't require much travel, I recommend this spot: the Blue Bridge, a landmark of Vang Vieng. Once you cross the Blue Bridge, you can explore the Angel Cave, which is divided into wet and dry zones. For the wet zone, you need to wear a life ring and float along the water. The dry zone allows you to walk and explore inside the cave. This trip with friends was so much fun. Even though it was a bit tiring climbing the mountain, it didn't matter. The view was incredibly beautiful. The atmosphere in the morning was great. It was hot during the day. The evening was cool and comfortable. I took a shower, got dressed, ate on the rooftop, and then went to the pub. 🤭🤭🤭🤮🤮🤮 I must say I almost threw up! It was so worth it!!! I found this place on Google map when I was in Vangvieng, Laos. This is a great place to have some nice photoshoots ! There're some caves inside - I forgot the name maybe sleeping cave and some activities like Zipline, Kayak (Looks fun! unfortunately, that day was raining) Most tourists use motorbike to travel around Vangvieng city.
