✨First sunset and last sunset✨ This spot was so stunning we came back twice to experience it. It was the first place we came on the island and also where we spent our last evening. There is something special about watching the sunset over the ocean while standing on a mountain. Grateful for the lovely beauty of Mallorca, but are excited to journey someplace new! .

When many people think of Mallorca, what comes to mind? Sun, sea and booze loving Brits abroad? The truth is, Mallorca has so much more to offer than the stereotypical image that may come to mind. The natural beauty, history and culture on show is some of the best that Southern Europe has to offer. On the north side of the island is the Tramuntana mountain range. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011, the mountain range is the backbone of Mallorca - and the views along this mountain range are absolutely stunning. At Cap de Formentor, you can visit the northernmost part of Mallorca, which is topped off by Far de Formentor - a Victorian lighthouse that graces the vistas. But one of the most beautiful points to visit whilst on the island of Mallorca is the Mirador de Es Colomer - as can be seen here. The Greens of the Mountains contrast perfectly with the turquoise blues of the Mediterranean Sea.
