Linh Ung Pagoda, Chinese architecture in Vietnam 🇻🇳
#Chinese architecture
🙏🏼 Linh Ung Temple is a temple with a large and magnificent Guanyin statue and is extremely beautiful. You can go up to worship and ask for blessings. Admission is free.
The top is like a wide-angle viewpoint. We will see the entire view of Da Nang. The sea view contrasts with the sky and the city view. It is very comfortable and relaxing to look at. 🤗
And we recommend coming in the morning or evening because the weather will be extremely hot and humid. Even though we came around 5 p.m., the sun was still strong.

Worship at Chua Linh Temple in Danang, Vietnam
I had the opportunity to go to Da Nang, Vietnam in August 2017. So I traveled to pay homage to the famous temple of Da Nang. The hotel where we stayed saw the Bodhisattva Guanyin standing facing the sea. So I booked a Grab to go to the temple. The weather is very hot during this period. You should go early in the morning. You should not go in the afternoon because it is very hot. There is a water shop in the temple. The temple is beautiful, clean, shady, the view is very good. It is big and spacious. It is very well done. This temple is on a high mountain. There are a lot of people. There is no entrance fee. I went by myself, not with a tour because I like it. If you have never been there, you must try it at least once in your life. 😘

Linh Ung Pagoda
#vietnamtrip Linh Ứng Pagoda, located on Sơn Trà Peninsula in Da Nang, Vietnam, is one of the most iconic and sacred Buddhist temples in the region. Renowned for its breathtaking location, spiritual significance, and architectural beauty, the pagoda is a must-visit destination for travelers seeking peace, culture, and stunning views.
Built in 2010, Linh Ứng Pagoda is perched on a hill overlooking the ocean, surrounded by lush forests and the majestic Sơn Trà mountains. Its most striking feature is the Lady Buddha statue, standing at an impressive 67 meters tall, making it the tallest Buddha statue in Vietnam. The statue, visible from miles away, symbolizes protection and peace for fishermen and locals. Visitors can admire the intricate details of the statue, including its serene facial expression and the lotus base it stands on.
The pagoda’s architecture is a harmonious blend of traditional Vietnamese and modern Buddhist styles. It features a grand entrance gate, ornate roofs adorned with dragon motifs, and spacious courtyards filled with bonsai trees. The main hall houses a magnificent altar with statues of Buddha and other revered figures, offering a serene space for prayer and meditation.
Beyond its spiritual significance, Linh Ứng Pagoda offers panoramic views of Da Nang City, the East Sea, and the surrounding mountains. Sunrise and sunset are particularly magical, making the pagoda a favorite spot for photographers and nature lovers.
Linh Ứng Pagoda is not only a place of worship but also a cultural and architectural masterpiece. Its tranquil setting, rich symbolism, and awe-inspiring views make it a highlight of any visit to Da Nang, offering a perfect blend of spiritual enrichment and natural beauty.

The majestic appearance of the giant Buddha statue of Bana Hill
#OctoberTravelSupportEvent When you see the giant Buddha statue at Bana Hills right up close, you will be overwhelmed by its grandeur. I really recommend that you go there and take a picture! Also, the view of Da Nang City from here is really nice, so I recommend that you go down after seeing the Da Nang City view!

[Vietnam/Da Nang] A cute monkey at a power spot in Da Nang? 🐒
I went to Linh Ung Pagoda, a popular power spot where the Kannon Bodhisattva watches over Da Nang!
When I got there, it was packed with people!
The Lady Buddha, the Kannon Bodhisattva I was looking for, was surrounded by many people.
Another fun thing for visitors is the monkeys🐒
It is also called Monkey Mountain, and you can meet wild monkeys✨
When I went there, there were a lot of baby monkeys🐒, and they were very cute!
However, since they are wild monkeys, please be careful not to get too close⚠️
But they won't attack you, so it's okay.
You can see the monkeys eating fruit, playing on the trees, and other carefree things, so you can get a closer look than at the zoo!
There are actually monkeys hiding in photo ⑨!
Can you find them? 🤭

Peace and tranquility beside a giant Buddha.
A mere 20 mins drive away from Da Nang beach, this vast temple is a must visit when you are in Da Nang. views are great looking back to the beach from the temple.
Ordered a grab to the temple and the driver immediately told us that he can wait for us while we toured the temple grounds, and pay him for the return trip to the beach area at the same rate we paid for the trip to the temple.

First stop in Da Nang: Linh Ứng Pagoda
Visit the large statue of Guan Yin. It's not far from the city center.
Linh Ứng Pagoda is located on Son Tra Island, north of Da Nang. It is the largest pagoda in the area. The white statue of Guan Yin stands with its back to the mountains and faces the sea to protect the fishermen. The sound of the temple bells harmonizing with the waves helps the sailors feel at peace and boosts their morale.
The atmosphere inside the pagoda is shaded by large trees, providing some relief from the midday heat. Around the area, there are various shrines with statues of deities according to local beliefs.
