Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. A well suited five star rated hotel. Everything here is awesome and amazing. Clean and comfy bedrooms. Their breakfast is delicious as well. It is really a very good place for a business trip or even a family trip. All facilities are adequate and well maintained. l don't usually write bad reviews but this Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur service was bad. Room was ready at 7pm even though the official check-in time was 3pm. Front desk was rude and no empathy at all. Bathroom had no hot water, hand towel, slippers and bathrobes. This is a 5 star hotel but room amenities like a 3 star hotel and old furniture fittings. You can just wear t-shirts and pants to jump into the swimming pool. No proper swimming attire was enforced. The location is opposite Pavilion Shopping Mall but you need to walk 15 minutes to Pullman Hotel to use pedestrian bridge. Will not repeat. #meetkualalumpur

We booked a Premium room with king bed. The room is big with spacious bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. The Wi-Fi signal is good throughout the hotel and shower water pressure is fine and shower bathtub is also big. Furniture in the room and bathroom tiles are so clasic theme.Television could definitely use an upgrade with the bigger one. This hotel location is definitely a best point and attraction as it is in the the golden triangle near to Pavilion KL and KLCC. In room dining is available 24 . Overall room Experience, checking and staff attitude and Facilities was satisfied . Meanwhile the Breakfast experience is not best but not the worst still consider good and tasty. The lobby is so majestic looking, feels like a vip walking into this hotel. There is also a big koi fish pond at the back of the lobby, this is also the place for the breakfast. As for breakfast, the choices seems good as there are western, malay and indian cuisine. But the interesting food choice is the mashed potatoes which is plain in taste, suitable for young toddlers. There are also hotdogs and nuggets for children. They have food cater to most ages, definitely providing a family friendly breakfast food choices. The pools are over crowded during my stay. There are three pools of different heights, about half meter, about a meter and about one half meter. So a two year old is able to enjoy the shallow pool as I had seen one. My kid in the photo is about a meter tall, standing in the shallow pool. As for my room, it's the cheapest room type, but it still looks big. By the way, my room is a corner room. I was able to see part of the twin towers from the window. The bed is really huge, much bigger than a normal king size bed. The best part, there is a bathtub to keep my kid busy. The room is very clean, not even an ant was found, just the bathroom is slightly moldy. I had a hot shower problem, the maintenance crew came and fixed within fifteen minutes after receiving my complain, this is how swift their service is. There is only one downside, only for the location. On map, pavilion mall looks very close, but actually is not walking distance. So people who wants to goes to places will not find this hotel to be convenient, it's more for staycation. Another hotel very similar in all aspects but great in location is the berjaya times square hotel, but their service is problematic. So for shopaholics, berjaya is better. For stays at home people, royal chulan KL is better. Since I am not a shopaholic, I will come here again.

First time stayed in Royale Chulan KL, overall best sebab dapat upgrade bedroom with balcony + nice view. The bed, the toilet semua bersih. As in the picture above, the scenery from our rooms was very stunning, dapat tengok all the buildings’ lights waktu malam. Attractions nearby pun quite attractived as nak pegi KLCC pun around few mins je and nak pegi jenjalan pusing bandar KL pun senang especially nak shopping area SOGO, Pavilion etc. Nak lagi senang and elak jammed, book for beams using apps (harga very reasonable). For foods, kami ambik package breakfast so banyak sangat makanan yg disediakan (buffet style) and all the foods very delicious. ROYALE CHULAN KUALA LUMPUR is one of the popular hotel in the city of Kuala Lumpur, but with affordable price for people to stay. they got such a nice lobby, room, staff and amenities. the staff will smile at the customer whenever they pass by, plus the place smells good everywhere. i wonder what perfume scent did they use for this place?! haha! andddd the best part of the room is their bathroom! so spacious! moreover, they separates the toilet from the bathroom. this hotel placed in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, there is so many interesting place you can reach just by walking or taking grab if you are lazy to drive!
