Fine Dining at Sabayon, EQ Kuala Lumpur
Food at a fine dining establishment is always of the highest quality, created with luxurious ingredients, and beautifully plated and served, and not many places can do it better then Sabayon at EQ Kuala Lumpur who has won awards for it….
So I was stoked when I was invited to taste their new seasonal menus for the fourth quarter of the year!!
Choose from The Classic, Sabayon’s latest four-course menu; The Explorer, Sabayon’s six-course menu; The Gatherer, a meatless five-course menu or The Symphony which is Sabayon’s exceptional seven-course degustation menu
My fine dining experience began with an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur’s City Skyline, bottles of Acqua di Panna Still Water, and a nice fluffy bun… before the Amuse Bouche was brought out…
Then we had some Kowadari Egg, produced by free-range chickens fed with a Japanese sea algae.
Escargot, House-made Pappardelle with 32-month Parmigiano-Reggiano with Truffle and Seared Turbot with mustard dill velouté, parsnip puree and choux farc….
And finally some Charcoaled Miyazaki Wagyu Sirloin A5 with glazed shallots, porcini oil and beef jus… and can I say I swear by the Miyazaki Wagyu sirloin which was just so buttery soft and juicy!!
My dinner ended with one of the best tiramisu I ever had!!!!
