I finally got to try the aged tuna I've been dreaming about!! 😭 The exterior is seared to crispy perfection, and when you cut into it, the inside is so tender it practically melts, with juices flowing out. The aged flavor is absolutely divine, especially paired with the black truffle sauce—each bite explodes with layers of flavor 💥 Zero fishy taste, so good you'll want to lick the plate clean… And the tiramisu at the end totally won me over! Softer than usual, just the right sweetness, topped with fresh blueberries 🫐—refreshing and not cloying at all. Hey loves! Today I finally visited the Italian restaurant I've been dreaming about, and it did not disappoint! The entire place is so stylishly decorated, with a great ambiance that's perfect for taking photos. Now, let's talk about their signature dish, the "Beautiful Risotto"—beef steak risotto! When it was served, I couldn't help but exclaim in awe. The steak was seared to a golden perfection on the outside, and when cut open, it was tender and juicy on the inside. Each bite was bursting with flavor! The risotto absorbed all the rich beef aroma and special sauce, with every grain perfectly seasoned and cooked to the ideal texture. Plus, the cheesy pull was just divine—absolutely amazing! For dessert, I tried the tiramisu. The layers of cocoa powder and ladyfingers were distinct, and it melted in my mouth. It was sweet but not overly so—just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, the environment was beautiful, and the food was outstanding. I'll definitely be back! This year I celebrated my 43rd birthday and spent it at the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou. Dinner, a rare time for two, we must be romantic, so we went to the Mingshige Western Restaurant on the third floor [Shy] The atmosphere here is perfect for birthdays or anniversaries! The service is also super good, whether it is the restaurant manager or the waitress, everyone is very professional. The product was in line with expectations, especially the steak. We asked for medium rare, and it was cooked very well, the texture of the meat was superb! By the way, the whiskey sauce for the beef is delicious [Kiss] We had a great time the whole night❤️ Thank you Mingshige for the birthday arrangement and excellent service.
