The city of Klagenfurt is so clean. Worthersee is one of the famous lake in Austria. Among Vienna and Klagenfurt, everyone is drinking clean and safe spring water from Mountain Agils. Outdoor environments are natural, so beautiful. Starting from early Summer, the lake is full of people and tourists, the pricing of hotels will be very high. Outdoor exercises, swimming in the lake, hiking are very suitable. So Winter this moment, this hotel price is pretty reasonable!

The location of the hotel is top, right next to the skiing track, summer roofway and thermal. Rooms clean and modern. Breakfast buffet offers enough for every taste something. Many restaurants around. Excursions are available and are also offered by the hotel.

Pickup took longer than expected, and communication could be improved. Overall, the experience was decent for the price, though there is definitely room for better customer service and efficiency.
