Stayed at Xining's No. 1 hotel, and was immediately drawn to the Thangka art on the first floor. It's also the hotel for China Eastern Airlines crews. The suite had everything you could ask for, even thoughtful touches like toilet seat covers and complimentary watermelon juice. There was also a welcome fruit platter, which helps with altitude sickness. The room was spacious, and the surrounding area was lively. Highly recommend...

Traveling solo, safety, cleanliness, and value for money are my top priorities. That's why I always choose Huazhu Group hotels. This particular hotel is conveniently located right next to the high-speed train station, just a 3-minute walk away. Plus, it just opened last year, so the facilities are new, and the location is a huge advantage. The front desk even offers self-service luggage storage for up to 12 hours free of charge. There are a few residential areas nearby with popular zha jiang mian (fried sauce noodles) stalls that always have long queues – definitely worth trying! The front desk staff was very kind. Seeing my large backpack, the lady reminded me about the laundry service available by scanning a QR code. As I was leaving, she even offered me a bottle of mineral water from a heated cooler, noticing it was cold outside. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Xining.

Really beautiful, luxury hotel. Although rather isolated, the hotel is well placed with the mountains behind it and the lake in front. Everything was really clean, comfortable, modern, and well looked after. I went during a very quiet time so there were very people there. If you go downhill, before the main road, there are a bunch of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station etc.

The room is well-equipped and warm, and the sanitary conditions are also very good, especially the breakfast in the western restaurant on the first floor, which has many varieties and choices. The children enjoyed the meal very much. The service of the lady at the front desk was particularly warm and polite during check-in and check-out.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and welcoming, and the room itself was spacious and tidy. For its excellent location, great service, and comfortable environment, the Campanile Hotel is a fantastic choice!

This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in Qinghai. InterContinental really knows how to deliver! The service was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was impressive. When checking in, the front desk thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities and even openly addressed potential issues, like ongoing renovations. Though they mentioned renovations, I didn't hear any disruptive noise. My only real issue was how incredibly hot and dry the underfloor heating made the room; even with the humidifier and fan on, my nose was bleeding from the dryness, but honestly, that's more of a personal problem. The bedding was super comfortable, and they thoughtfully labeled the soft and firm pillows. Even with a bit of altitude sickness, I still managed to get a good night's sleep!

Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good.

The room was incredibly spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The high floor offered an amazing view, especially since we were there during the Lantern Festival and could see the fireworks all over the city. The hotel's location is excellent. The Airport Bus Line 2 stop is just 50 meters away, and Xinghai Road right outside is full of great food options. I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my charging cable behind. The front desk staff, especially Deji, was incredibly helpful and even mailed it back to me – I really appreciate it! 🙏 It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip! 👍

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a nice river view. The front desk service was attentive, and breakfast was quite rich. They even offered complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Service Quality: Housekeeping was very responsive; an extra set of pillows arrived within five minutes of our request. The turndown service was meticulous and even included a handwritten weather forecast card. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with delicious local specialties. Location: There's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel, and the surrounding area boasts numerous shopping centers and restaurants. It's also easy to get a taxi to tourist spots. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed stay.
