Stayed for one night, with my friend. Considering the price, facility, location, room condition was quite nice. And the staff service was the best. There was an unexpected strong smell of cigarette in the room, but when I informed this to the front desk, the staff immediately apologized and kindly gave us new room. New room was in great condition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

This hotel is highly recommended for any trip to Dresden. It boasts an excellent location in the Old Town, just about 70-80 meters from the archway between the two large statues featured in the famous Lonely Planet photo. The rooms are spacious (rare in Europe), fully equipped, with complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine. The service was also very satisfactory. It's conveniently located for all the famous attractions in the Old Town, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Dresden.

Although the location is not near the train station, the city is not big. From the New Town Railway Station, take the 11 tram three stops and walk for five or six minutes. Although the bathroom is public, after all, it is clean and well designed, and there is no obstacle to use. There is free coffee at the reception on the first floor and free tea bags in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but very clean. There is also free section in the refrigerator and shower. I think it is particularly good. You don't have to waste anything you don't want. In order to activate the mobile phone card, the front desk staff helped a lot and the attitude was very good. The only dissatisfaction is that my mobile phone has been connected to WiFi for many times in this youth hostel but shows that I can't surf the Internet. Both mobile phones are like this, and other youth hostels have not encountered it. I don’t know if it’s the phone or the WIFI.

A beautiful hotel with great location in Görlitz. We are already aware that it is not just easy to realize 100% cleanness in the rooms. We noticed little things, for example, both tooth cleaning glasses were dirty. The breakfast is overview.

I was in the Best Western for the first time and was very satisfied. The entrance area with his trabi has put me into nostalgia, because we had the same in my childhood. The breakfast offer was sufficient and something for every taste. The room was beautiful and offered two seats. They were either directly on the window or on the table.

Very convenient location and good & friendly hospitality. Appreciate the lady receptionist that allowed me early checked in and even prepared for me packed breakfast (breakfast on the go) coz we have to catch the early train to Berlin. Many thanks to her 😀❤️

A simple but very comfortable hotel for one night. The room was clean, parking was convenient, and everything was well organized. Good value for money.

Superbe hotel, great location, super breakfast. Upper hotel rooms have a nice surrounding view. Free carjacking, P+R Dresden, with local transport to hotel. Hotel near the central of Dresden

One of our favourite hotels we’ve ever visited. We loved the style of the hotel and the incredibly friendly reception, who provided us with an amazing suite for the duration of our stay! 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering a stay in Dresden. While it is not completely central, it is well connected with the tram and Dresden Mitte nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt.

I made a reservation on the same day and used it, but the facilities were very clean and the location was right next to the station, so I was very satisfied. The price was expensive because it was a same-day reservation, so I would be willing to visit again if it was cheaper.
