The room was clean and quite spacious, no bottled water but there was a dispenser outside the room. There was an electric thermos for boiling water, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar. There was also a toothbrush, sanitary bag, cotton buds. The shower had hot water. No hair dryer, had to borrow from the receptionist. Didn't try the breakfast. There is an Alfamart & BCA ATM in front of the hotel.

Smelly room,aircon not good,city view is sucks! Music infront hotel too loud! Recommended if room with sea view,city view sucks!

Great hotel, good location. nice breakfast managed by a lovely friendly team. Liked the gym and pool. Unfortunately no towels at the gym and I didn't receive a towel after asking for it.

The room was dirty and very small, and the staff were unprofessional. It was also quite noisy. The only positive was the nice sea views. Our messages went unanswered, and the waiters were completely inexperienced. The hotel itself looks outdated and is clearly in need of a renovation.

All in all not what we expected. Lobby and room looked nice, but bedsheets were dirty, bugs in the bathroom and the breakfast was poor. Not recommended for that standard.

Not a bad hotel for Indonesia and in a pretty good location, breakfast included. Great value for money!

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, the food is quite tasty, and the location is strategic. However, the room amenities are not representative of a 4- or 5-star hotel. The housekeeping department doesn't provide towels after the room is cleaned.

All the staff were kind to Japanese tourists. The rooms are large and clean. (However, the water flow was a little slow, probably because the shower drain was clogged.) At the restaurant, the chef explained each dish in detail, so we were able to enjoy delicious traditional Makassar cuisine without any hesitation. I wanted to go to a restaurant in town, but the food was so delicious that I didn't have to. I would like to stay again the next time I visit. I would like to visit at a time other than Ramadan to use the pool and spa and check out the facilities on the 15th floor. I had a great time for 5 days. Thank you! Arigato!!
